I ordered a sweatshirt. I was contacted asking me a question about the order from the company and answers immediately. I was told the order shipped. It has been over 10 days and I have not received the item. Nor has anyone even responded to my emails. I could not locate a phone number to contact them. Poor customer service. I will be disputing this charge if I dont receive the item or hear back from them.
