Shipping & Delivery

At Forged From Freedom, some of our products are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed, rather than being pulled from pre-existing inventory.

This approach allows us to offer a much wider variety of products, designs, colors, and sizes while reducing unnecessary inventory and waste.

Because products may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment facilities, your order's processing and delivery time can vary depending on the item and your location.

How Our Shipping Process Works

1. You Place Your Order

Once your order is submitted, you'll receive an order confirmation by email.

Please review your order and shipping information carefully and contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

2. Your Order Goes Into Production

For made-to-order products, your item is sent to production after your order is received.

Production times vary by product. Some items may be ready to ship quickly, while others require additional production time.

Please allow time for production before shipping begins.

3. Your Order Ships

Once your product has been produced, it is packaged and handed over to the appropriate shipping carrier.

When tracking is available, you'll receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery consists of two separate stages: production and shipping.

The estimated timeframe shown on a product page or at checkout may vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, shipping method, and destination.

Please keep in mind that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control can occasionally affect delivery times.

If you are ordering for a specific event, holiday, birthday, or other occasion, we recommend ordering well in advance.

Multiple Products & Separate Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, your items may be produced at different facilities.

As a result, you may receive your order in multiple packages and at different times.

You will not necessarily receive one package containing your entire order.

Separate tracking numbers may be provided when available.

This is a normal part of our fulfillment process and does not mean that an item has been forgotten or left out of your order.

Shipping Within the United States

We ship throughout the United States using the shipping service available for the particular product and destination.

Available shipping methods and costs are shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when tracking is available.

International Shipping

We ship many of our products internationally.

International delivery times can vary considerably depending on the destination, shipping service, and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country. These charges are outside of Forged From Freedom's control and may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you may receive an email containing tracking information.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your package has been handed to the carrier. In some cases, tracking may not update immediately.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot find it, please check:

• Around your delivery location

• With other members of your household

• With neighbors or building management, if applicable

• Any designated package or mail area

You may also contact the carrier directly for additional delivery information.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and provide your order number and tracking information so we can help.

Delayed Orders

Occasionally, an order may take longer than expected due to production delays, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and we'll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

If you realize that you've entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible.

We will make every reasonable effort to correct an address before your order enters production or ships. However, because many of our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that an address change will be possible after production has begun.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.
